I love and miss you all.
Hey guys! So I was always a huge fan of Mary's idea to have some kind of "group newsletter" or something like that to ensure that we all can, at the very least, stay somewhat up to date on how everyone is doing and what all is going on in our lives. I think it's safe to say, however, that while the group gazette was an awesome idea and really cool when it actually worked out, it ended up being way more work for Mary (to gather all of our blurbs, format them into word, and resend them) than it needed to be, and it eventually kind of fell apart. With that in mind, I thought we could all try this as an alternative. I got the idea from my sister, Abby--she and her small group of best friends from college all started a group blog after scattering off all over the country. She says the way it works is that all of her friends and her are free to login and post to the blog as little or often as they want. No one can read the posts expect for the other "authorized authors" a.k.a. her group of friends. Doesn't this sound like a cool idea? I just figured it'd be so much easier if we were all just able to come and go as we please and write as much or as little as we want. What do you guys think?

I think this sounds like a fantastic idea, thanks for thinking of it!
ReplyDeleteI went ahead and invited the other three again. I thought maybe they didn't get it the first time...or maybe they just hate us :\
